BP Netherlands extends contract with HTEC

Universe Group PLC (UNG.L) today makes the following announcement in respect of HTEC Limited, its principal operating subsidiary.
HTEC, one of Europe’s largest providers of payment and loyalty solutions for the petroleum retailing industry, announced today that it has signed an extension of its contract with BP Netherlands to continue provision of their loyalty engine and services for BP’s FreeBees programme. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The FreeBees loyalty programme has been active for twelve years, but continues to grow every year, both in terms of number of points redeemed, and new cardholders.
HTEC offers a branded Commerce and Loyalty platform dedicated to organizations such as BP, looking to foster long-term relationships with their members, as well as helping to generate revenue.
