End of Offer Period

The Company notes the announcement released earlier today by Brulines Group plc ("Brulines").

The Board also notes the news that Brulines does not now intend to make an offer for the whole of the issued and to be issued share capital of Universe and therefore that Universe is no longer in an offer period.

Universe looks forward to Brulines' support as a major shareholder as the Board continues to seek to deliver value to all shareholders.
