Announcement: Further Holdings in Company

Further to its announcement of a notification received pursuant to s199 of the Companies Act 1985 which was released at 14:45 on Tuesday 15th September 2009, the Company announces that it has been notified that the price paid by Brulines PLC for its acquisition of 1,475,955 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") on 15th September 2009 was 3.9 pence per share.
Furthermore, the Company announces that it has been notified that the price paid by Brulines PLC for its acquisition on 8th September 2009 of the 8,087,663 Ordinary Shares, announced on 11th September 2009, was 4 pence per share.
